Seat: 3pcs 2.5cm5cm hardwood+1pc 2cm7cm plywood to make the seat frame, 4 pieces of triangle wood to support the four corners, 8 pieces of elastic, , 1 PCS Felt cloth 0.3cm,1.5cm D24/70 foam to fill the middle of the seat frame, Top 1pcs 5cm D35/70 foam, surface 1 layer of 100g polyester foam
Back: 2pcs 2cm plywood nailed together make the each side of backrest, 1pc 2.5cm plywood on the top of backrest, 1pc 0.3cm plywood on the backrest back. elastic belt 4pcs1pc, 3cm thickness foam D24/50 to filling the backrest front, 1cm D24/50 foam on the backrest back. 3cm foam D20/30 glued on the front of backrest.
Armrest: 0.9cm plywood on the top of armrest, 1.6cm plywood on the front of arms. 0.3cm cardboard put inside and outside of the arms. 2cm D28/50 foam on the top of arms. Fill the inner and outer sides of the handrails with 1CM foam
